How do I place a custom order for a bag?

To order a custom bag, you can pay a deposit by clicking on the "Button". After that, we will contact you to confirm your preferences, and once you give permission, we will start making your dream bag.

How long does it take for my custom bag to be ready?

The production time for a custom bag may vary due to our current workload. We aim to have your custom bag ready within 2 weeks after confirming your order.

Can I return or exchange my custom bag?

As custom bags are made specifically for you according to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

How can I track the progress of my custom order?

After placing your custom order, we will regularly send you updates on the progress of your bag. We will provide a picture of the vintage and of the bag when it's finished. You must be 100% satisfied before we send it to you. You can also always reach out to us via email or DM for further questions or updates.

Are there limitations on what I can customize on my custom bag?

We strive to accommodate all your requests, but sometimes there may be limitations depending on the material or construction of the bag. We'll always let you know if your request is not doable and suggest alternative options.

Can I purchase a gift certificate for a custom bag?

Yes, we offer gift card that can be used for the purchase of custom bags. You can purchase gift cards on the website.
